what level of firmness feels good to you. It is a 10 point
scale and a brief description of each level. |

In order to keep costs down the courier service that
we use cannot deliver to floors above ground level, therefore
items ordered will only be delivered to the ground floor
of the house or ground floor entrance of flats or apartments. |

would you please ensure that someone is available to help
the driver unload the items at your house. The couriers
deliver between 8:30am and 1pm on specified days. |
