While both of us have suffered from back injuries I opted for the Dorlux Viscocare1000. I had some concerns as I had not tried one in the shops. These concerns were soon lifted after the first comfortable night. Having used memory foam mattress toppers I had no problem with the warm feel that the memory foam in this mattress gives.
