Warranty piece of mind
Your mattress, Divan or Bed Frame are warranted against faulty workmanship or defective materials for up to 5 years from date of purchase, depending on the level of warranty allocated to a product. All of our beds / mattresses come with a 5 Year warranty with the following exceptions:

| King | Less than £150 | 1 Year |
| Super King | Less than £200 | 1 Year |
In the event that a product is found to have a defect/fault then you will be entailed to a percentage off a similar priced product:-

| Year 2 | 50% |
| Year 3 | 40% |
| Year 4 | 30% |
| Year 5 | 20% |
Examples based on a Mattress costing £100 which has a fault/defect:
| Year 1 | Replace free of Charge |
| Year 2 | Customer pays £50 towards another mattress costing £100 – i.e 50% off |
| Year 3 | Customer pays £60 towards another mattress costing £100 – i.e 40% off |
| Year 4 | Customer pays £70 towards another mattress costing £100 – i.e 30% off |
| Year 5 | Customer pays £80 towards another mattress costing £100 – i.e 20% off |

If this event occurs within 1 year of purchase, the item will be repaired or replaced free of charge at the companies discretion. Thereafter, up to and including the 5th year, a service charge percentage of the current retail price will be levied. In the event that a mattress is replaced under warranty, then the new mattress will be delivered free of charge. It will be the responsibility of the customer to dispose of the old mattress. We reserve the right to refuse service should the complaint be due to causes other than a faulty manufacturer or defective materials. Or should the product be in an unhygienic condition.
