We are still delivering as normal. But taking extra precautions to ensure your safety


These are worrying times for everyone. What we're living through now is a brand new experience, and we must all take unprecedented action.

We know that many of our customers may be finding things difficult. We will, as a company, do what we can to help.

We want you to have a great night's sleep, with your mind at ease rather than busy with worries. Whilst a great mattress helps, it's only one part of the puzzle.

Here's what we're doing, at MattressNextDay, to help through this coronavirus outbreak:

We're closely following every bit of government advice. We're watching the speeches and listening to every news conference. By following advice, we're doing what we can to keep you and your family healthy.

Whilst we can, we'll still be delivering in line with our normal service. You can still choose delivery on a day that suits you, but with extra precautions in place.

1. No-contact delivery

If you're self-isolating, don't worry about meeting our drivers at the door. If you'd like to stay locked away, we'll make a no-contact delivery.

You'll get a call an hour before we're due to deliver your order. Let us know if you'd like us to leave items safely outside.

Please be aware that your items will be left on show. You'll need to act fairly quickly to get those items inside. You may need to have help lifting heavy items, once our driver has left. We won't expect you to sign your name but will need your verbal agreement to receive a no-contact delivery.

If you've already paid to upgrade to Room of Choice Delivery, it isn't too late to change your mind. If you'd prefer a no-contact delivery, we will refund £14.95.

2. Health and safety

We'll continue to follow all of the health and safety guidelines. We'll always aim to maintain a safe distance from you and your family. Our drivers will be wearing personal protective equipment.

We have a duty to protect our drivers and our customers. If you believe that you have symptoms of COVID-19, please tell us in advance and arrange a no-contact delivery.

3. Delayed delivery

If you'd like to wait a bit longer for your mattress, that isn't a problem at this time. Give us a call to talk through your options and we can rearrange your delivery.

Perhaps you're self-isolating, and want to wait until you're feeling better? Maybe you'd like to take your delivery once the kids are back at school? Order your mattress for delivery up to 60 days in advance.

4. Rescheduled delivery

If you've already booked a delivery slot, we'll give you the option to change. Any delivery can be rescheduled, with no administration costs. You're very welcome to delay your delivery or bring it forward a little if you want. As long as we have a driver available, we'll do what we can to meet your needs.
