The Pocket Backcare 1400 Mattress from Hyder Beds lives up to its name – this is a premium quality mattress delivers exceptional support and comfort for those suffering from back issues but who don’t want to sleep on a firm or extra-firm mattress. The combination of a soft, plush filling and individually pocketed springs in the King-Size version deliver a perfect synergy of comfort and support for a more restful night’s sleep.
Mattresses often suffer from ‘saggy sides’ which reduces the sleeping area you can spread to on for a comfy night’s sleep. The Pocket Backcare 1400 Mattress has reinforced side stitching so that it keeps its shape for longer, and maximises the sleeping area with support all the way up to the edges. So if you want to spread out, you can!
The individually pocketed springs in the Backcare 1400 mattress mean that there’s plenty of support on offer, whether you sleep on your back, side, or front. The design also means that each spring, although it’s part of a larger matrix, works individually and that minimises roll-together or movement transference, so both you and your partner get a great night’s sleep, even if you’re a bit of a ‘wriggler’!
If you suffer from allergies or breathing problems such as asthma then dust and mites can be a real problem. The Pocket Backcare 1400 Mattress is hypoallergenic, so there’s nowhere for those pesky mites to hide.
The mattress may be super-comfortable and provide you with plenty of support, but the aesthetics haven’t been compromised, either. So this mattress looks as good as it performs, with a luxurious Damask cover over the top of a layer of plush white fillings. It delivers medium support for a firmer mattress but with a softer feel. Approved by the BNF, it also conforms to the BS7177: 2008 standard for domestic use and is fire resistant.
Pocket springs are springs mounted in their own seperate fabric pockets, meaning they work completely independently of one another and can provide your body with better pressure relieving support.
Soft white fibre fillings which are made from 100% polyester. This type of mattress filling offers great recovery and is very durable, which means long-lasting comfort.

Seems good quality, just as described
Very pleased with this mattress. Comfortable and good quality. Excellent support for my back. Nice and deep. Only slight improvement would be if it had handles on the sides, as it is quite heavy.
A comfortable sleep
Comfortable mattress, there is very slight roll when my husband is in the bed. Overall though good valued mattress.

Fantastic for the price ..Cant fault.
Bit firmer than I thought it would be but good quality for the money so will add a thick topper later. Glad colour of it hidden by a sheet! Easy to get up stairs due to zip link and you would not even know it was zip link.
