For next day delivery, make sure to order before 6pm Monday-Friday, 12pm Saturday, and 3pm Sunday. And for a seamless delivery experience, we’ll provide you with a 2-hour timeslot the night before.

Our cut off time is 6pm Monday to Friday, 12pm on Saturday and 3pm on Sunday. When looking at our products, you'll be able to see if they are available for next day delivery.
If no premium timeslot has been purchased, delivery times will be between 7am and 7pm.
We can request the driver to call you prior to delivery. Please make use of the delivery instructions during checkout to request this as well as adding other details that will help the driver during delivery.
If your item(s) are out of stock, then you may have to be patient to receive your order. When browsing our products, you should see the availability of when it can be delivered.
Once your item(s) is in stock, we will get in touch with you to arrange a convenient delivery date.
For Scottish addresses, there will be an additional delivery surcharge added to your order. For remote parts of Scotland, these areas may also experience additional delivery delays of up to 7 days.

To get you your best night's sleep as soon as possible, and depending on the items you've ordered, we may deliver your order in separate deliveries. We'll let you know if this is the case during the checkout process.
No, there is no minimum order to qualify for free next day delivery. As long as your postcode is in a qualifying area, you can enjoy this service for any of our in-stock products.
If you purchase our Room of Choice Delivery option at checkout, our drivers will happily take your delivery to your bedroom or any room you’d prefer. However, we can only deliver up to the third floor of a building, and any higher than this will be at the discretion of the driver.
