Mattresses are great, really comfortable. Delivery guys were helpful and arrived more or less on time. Only problem was that I did not realise how they are delivered, ie in a box that contains a rolled up vacuum packed mattress. Fine if you are young and fit, but not so great for ladies in their 70s! I struggled to unpack them.
