Ordered on a saturday and delivered next working day in our case monday. You are advised an approx delivery time on the day and delivered to a room of your choice and removal of old mattress but at extra cost but certainly worth it. Excellent prices and very competitive
Bought a small double about 2 years ago and its still comfy as new. Just bought a single as I am staying with my son for a while. Will be taking it back home for my grandson to use.Delivery is good, prices are great and the matresses wear well. Not sure what else you could want! if I need another matress in the future I will use this company again.

Nice material but the skirt is too deep therefore it is not a snug fit around edges of mattress and rucks up. Could have done with being less deep for my emma mattress.

The correct mattresses were delivered next day at a reasonable time, carried up to the rooms indicated, and the old mattresses taken away. There was only one doubtful moment, identifying which mattress was which. Perhaps larger labels would help.

All Shire Beds mattresses come with a manufacturer’s warranty. This covers faulty workmanship, manufacturer’s defects and materials. The length of the guarantee depends on the product purchased.
If you have selected a vacuum-packed mattress, you should unpack it in a well-ventilated area. The mattress will come rolled up in a box for ease of transport and unpacking. It may take a few hours to fully expand. As with all mattresses, allow your new bedding product to air off for a little while to allow the “new mattress” smell to dissipate.
Shire Beds mattresses are designed with a double-sided sleeping surface meaning you should turn it on a seasonal basis to prolong its longevity.
You should also rotate the mattress 180 degrees every three months or so. Machine washing is not recommended. Always follow the care instructions that come with the mattress.
