Your new mattress should make going to bed the best part of your day. If you're not happy with your purchase, simply swap it - no questions asked. Just a heads up, there is a one-off £99 fee to cover the collection of your old mattress and delivery of your new one. But don't worry, our team are here to make it as smooth as possible.
We think you’ll love your new mattress because thousands of other sleepers already love theirs. However, if after your sleep trial starts, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, just let us know that you’d like to invoke a sleep trial exchange (be sure to do so before the sleep trial ends). You've got a whopping 750* hours of snoozing to figure out if you're head over heels for your new mattress. That's the same amount of time it takes to learn a new language, so there's plenty of time to make a decision. Bear in mind, you'll need to sleep on it for at least 50 nights.

Yes, it is. The Sleep Trial itself doesn't cost anything. If you decide to exchange the mattress after 50 nights, there will be a one-time £99 fee for collection and delivery of the new one.
Your new mattress will be delivered at the same time we collect your old mattress.
We encourage you to sleep on it for at least 50 nights; this is how long it can take to get used to the mattress. We can't accept Sleep Trial exchanges before then.

No, only the person who purchased the mattress can initiate a Sleep Trial swap.
No, the Sleep Trial only applies to mattresses that remain in the UK.
Yes, you must use a mattress protector to ensure the mattress stays clean and presentable for when we collect it.
No, the Sleep Trial doesn't apply to mattresses that have been misused or willfully damaged.
No, you don't need to fit the mattress back in the box for collection.
We can still remove your old mattress, but there may be an additional disposal fee depending on the condition.
