After being let down by another company (my mattress getting lost in transit). I was dubious about getting another mattress ordered however my delivery was on time and delivery updates were accurate. The two delivery chaps were efficient and polite and the old mattress taken away. Very pleased with the service and product.
Easy to navigate the website arrived in the time stated brought it straight in and removed the old on within minutes highly recommend
Other suppliers were quoting long lead times. Ordered and the mattress we wanted was delivered the next at the specified time and our old one taken away. Very pleased.
The ottoman bed and serenity mattress was deliveredon time and the delivery was very quick and efficient. So much storage in the ottoman base, wish I had got one years earlier.
Bought a replacement for our tired hypnos, from looking at all the various ranges available, and choosing our replacement the process, delivery and quality of the product was faultless - thank you!
My daughter had purchased this mattress so I didn't have to do much research, I was able to check her mattress in the first instance. The mattress itself has a 10 year warranty and is which recommended. It was in the sale at the time and with a little research through money back options and my blue light card I had a little extra discount so this made it value for money also. The mattress is excellent quality and I feel very supported. I am able to sleep on my front without pain now which is great. There are two things I would like to make others aware of which I overlooked. Firstly, there is an extra charge for the mattress to be taken upstairs. I didn't notice this, initially I wasn't bothered as in my younger days I worked in a hotel and moving mattresses was standard - please pay to have your mattress taken upstairs. The mattress is 45kg and I couldn't move it by myself at all. The second thing. The mattress is very well wrapped, twice. The inner wrapping is thick plastic and vacuum packed, the outer wrapping is like a extra strong cling film. I have seen the comedy sketches where mattresses open and surprise people. I assumed it would be the inner layer which would spring the mattress open. It isn't! the outer cling film layer once you release it opens the mattress fully. I live alone, and it opened quickly and upside down, turning this over was a challenge so please be careful. The mattress is deep and feels luxurious. I had to order all new mattress protectors and sheets which is a lovely extra treat. My bed is now super high too. Great for me - I feel like a queen. But it makes it hard for my dog who now struggles to get on the bed ( and shes a big dog!), something else to bear in mind. I definitely recommend this mattress.
Despite a late order was delivered on time by helpful crew. Choice of mattresses was vast with detailed measurements of each mattress in all sizes

A duvet cover is the fabric casing that protects your duvet, making it easier to keep it hygienic and clean. It also makes your bed look more visually pleasing, as duvet covers often come in a range of colours and patterns, allowing you to match your duvet and bedding to your personal aesthetic. Choosing the best type of duvet cover can be difficult, but our guide to choosing the best bed sheet material for you can help.
When you’ve washed and changed your duvet cover, there are a couple of tricks to putting a fresh duvet cover on that will make this infamously annoying activity super easy.
The easiest way to put a duvet cover on when you’re on your own is to firstly turn the cover inside out. Then, put your arms inside and fit your hands into the corners, you can then grab the bottom corners of your duvet, and pull it through, shaking firmly. As you pull the duvet through, the cover will flip back to its proper side.
Before you fasten the buttons at the bottom of the duvet cover, hold the top corners and give it a thorough shake to ensure there are no folds or lumps in the duvet.
The standard size of a single duvet cover is 135 x 200cm / 53 x 78 inches.
The standard size of a double duvet cover is 200 x 200cm / 78 x 78 inches.
The standard size of a king size duvet cover is 230 x 220cm / 90 x 86 inches.
The standard size of a super king duvet cover is 260 x 220cm / 102 inches x 86.
