I was not disappointed and it arrived the next day via royal mail parcel force. It's been a few days now and my sleep has been a lot better and the product and service has been awesome. 2 mattresses delivered next day as promised, was given 2 hour time slot for delivery the night before [the day of order] and the delivery arrived within the time slot given. It was a 2 person delivery as I had 2 mattresses to remove, they were very polite. We did bring the 2 double mattresses down to the hallway to make it easier, but not sure if I needed to. Was a bit wary as I hadn't heard of this company, but they delivered within 2 days of ordering on the day specified. Time slot came through late evening for the next day, then a message in the morning to say running late but they did attend at the end of the original time slot (no call though from the driver's as stated).Mattress is great, again was a little sceptical as it came rolled but it's really comfy and I don't need a mattress topper like I did with my old mattress. When you’ve washed and changed your duvet cover, there are a couple of tricks to putting a fresh duvet cover on that will make this infamously annoying activity super easy.
The easiest way to put a duvet cover on when you’re on your own is to firstly turn the cover inside out. Then, put your arms inside and fit your hands into the corners, you can then grab the bottom corners of your duvet, and pull it through, shaking firmly. As you pull the duvet through, the cover will flip back to its proper side.
Before you fasten the buttons at the bottom of the duvet cover, hold the top corners and give it a thorough shake to ensure there are no folds or lumps in the duvet.
