I have bad experience in this company. I made an order on 21 dec 20:00 however my husband doesnt want to change new mattress so I called to cancel the order on 22 dec 14:00 and its clearly to stated that the order all cancelled, I waited until 7 days didnt get my refund and message again they said they need to charge me 45 cancellation fee, its ridiculous I didnt touch it feel it or even see it but need to have 45 penaltyi tried to call them few times but the answer was same and I ask them to show me the rule as I didnt see that the amount of penalty 45please made your order carefully, this company wont accept you change your mind even within 24 hrs, bear in mind if you planning to buy mattress ensure u wont cancel otherwise u will have 45 cancellation fee.To be honest even if I use parcel to go to send back the mattress only cost 30 return to their company but now they charge me unreasonable fees, it was so sad please ensure you wont change your mind otherwise u have 45 penalty my mattress only cost 149 not have 45 penalty
