Natasha Bennett is the Sales Training Development Manager at Sealy UK. Since joining Sealy in 2019 as a Sales Trainer, Natasha has driven performance with her passion for coaching people.

In her current position, Natasha leads the sales training team, designing and implementing comprehensive training programs that build Sealy knowledge.

Natasha’s dedication to continuous improvement and her ability to connect with individuals has been instrumental in building conviction in Sealy Posturepedic and the unique technology that sets them apart.

Emma has worked for TEMPUR® for 20 years now.

Over the years she has learnt from customers and retailers alike about the difference the TEMPUR® sleep system can make.

She has also slept on a TEMPUR® for 20 years - and even takes a TEMPUR® travel set with her when travelling!

With over 20 years of experience in the bed industry, Michael has spent the last five years as Key Account Manager for Hypnos, previously working as Retail Area Manager and Store Manager with a leading bedroom retailer.

Michael is passionate about the Hypnos brand and its many qualities, and is keen to share its commitment to providing exceptional comfort, luxury and sustainability for customers.

Natalie brings unparalleled insight and expertise. She has worked extensively with Mlily's products and knows them intimately, from the design phase through to the manufacturing process.

Her knowledge and perspective, combined with her passion for cutting-edge design and innovation, has helped sleepers across the globe discover the benefits of MLILY and improve their quality of sleep.

Meet Aaron – a Silentnight training expert for the last 8 years, not only does he help customers find their perfect night’s sleep with expert advice on everything from mattress types to sleep tips, but he trains colleagues to be best in class when it comes to sleep knowledge.

His mission? The same as everyone’s at Silentnight - making great sleep simple for everyone.

Rods passion for Relyon first started over 35 years ago in his retail days within a high-end department store. He identified Relyon as the standout bed brand on his floor for comfort, quality, and value.

Rod has been with Relyon for over 27 years, over this time, with his wealth of knowledge has been involved in product development, training and looking after many of Relyon’ s key customers, dealing with their Buying, Marketing and Sales teams.

His passion to maintain and protect Relyon s well-earned credentials as "The Best Beds in the World" is still as strong today as it was when he first started out in the industry.

With over 19 years at Harrison Spinks , Graham brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and passion to his role as Global Sales Manager. What he loves most about the mattress industry is the people — a close-knit community that feels more like a group of friends working towards a common goal: better sleep for everyone.

Away from beds, Graham is a diehard Macclesfield FC supporter. And if he had the chance to design his dream bed? It would be packed with pocket springs and filled to the brim with luxurious, natural materials — just as you'd expect from a true mattress expert.

Known for his keen eye for quality and dedication to excellence, Ross plays a vital role in ensuring each Millbrook bed meets the highest standards. His passion for superior sleep solutions continues to drive success and innovation within the luxury bedding sector.

With over 40 years of experience in the mattress and bed industry, Stuart possesses a profound understanding of what is required to succeed. His extensive career includes positions at several major brands and the co-founding of a successful start-up, which he later sold.

Currently, as well as holding the position of Chief Operating Officer at The Shire Bed Company, a specialist in 'White Label' mattress collections. He also leads product development and design at Tuft & Springs. Demonstrating his commitment to the industry, he also served on the board of the National Bed Federation for over five years, including a two-year tenure as its National President.

Working closely with top-tier bricks-and-mortar and online retailers, Stuart has been instrumental in creating some of the most successful own branded ranges available on the market today and his product knowledge is second to none.
