The main thing that struck me is the smell. It's been more than three weeks and the bedroom still smells of chemicals despite the window being open and the use of an air filter in the room. It comes with a removable cover which is thin but just as well as the underside of the mattress is made from small pieces of foam I which would otherwise be exposed and i'm sure it would crumble with time. As far as comfort is concerned it's ok at first but my body aches and wakes me up after a couple of hours as it's too firm. I can't believe this is a which best buy which is one reason I bought it. I should have gone with something else.
