Buying a new mattress turned out to be a really stressful experience. I've done my research, settled on the hybrid from of the premium brands, paid a lot of money and.. Was so disappointed! Absolutely hated my new mattress, asked to return it and was back to the sketching board. After much deliberation I decided to go for Dormeo Octasmart Premium Plus Mattress and I'm delighted with it. Such a great quality mattress, really comfy, couldn't recommend it enough!

Easy to choose and order. Web site advised that the mattress we wanted was out of stock but gave an indication of when new stock would arrive. Kept checking and ordered on Sunday evening after the time for next day delivery as we would be out on Monday. Communication was sent Monday evening giving a two hour delivery time slot for Tuesday and the driver phoned about an hour before the actual delivery and was slightly earlier. We unwrapped the mattress and left it for 24hrs to fully go back to size from being vacuum packed and rolled. After that weve had comfortable nights sleep. Very satisfied with the cost and service provided, would highly recommend.
