I have only had this for a short time but on first use had a much better sleep than usual. It is probably larger than it needs to be and, as a slide sleeper, another inch deeper would be a plus. I suffer from osteoarthritis in my neck and so am pleased with how much less pain I feel in the mornings.I do wonder why this pillow is quite so expensive given the materials involved and probably wouldn't have bought it without the discount. Overall i'm glad I did.
