The double-sided design boasts a beautiful side-stitched border that strengthens the mattress structure and acts as a wonderful decorative touch. Because it can be used on either side, you can extend its lifespan and prevent the formation of dead spots by regularly turning the mattress.
Each of the mattress' 1000 springs is mounted in its own fabric pocket, allowing for total freedom of movement and a localised response to nighttime movements and disturbances. As every spring can move independently, the mattress can respond accurately to subtle shifts in body position and weight. At the same time, it prevents movements on one side of the bed from being felt on the other.
The Gainsborough Ellington 1000 Pocket Natural Mattress also features extra layers of filling for a cushioned feel and stand-out comfort.
