Bought this mattress after gradually realizing our old one past its best. It is actually an upgrade from our previous sleepeezee mattress just going by the number of springs etc. Very comfortable and warm but also very heavy compared to our old one. I love this mattress. Its so deep so I had to buy deep fitted sheets to comfortably fit under. Its supportive but really comfy, the tufts are also deep so the top looks quite bumpy, but when you lie on it, you cant feel them, I would say its a perfect medium for me, for someone lighter it may feel more firm (im 9 & 1/2 stone - 64 kgs). Ordering process is easy if you know what you want, website easy to navigate. Mattress came within about 10 days. Delivery was good, driver called me to tell me where he was on the day and how long he would be etc. Would definitely use this company again. Also considerably cheaper than comparable mattress elsewhere
