It's only been 5 days but I love the mattress, I have had nearly perfect sleep on it since we bought it. The pillow top is very comfortable, my only real complaints are that the mattress is not 38cm as described, more like 35cm, and the pillowtop doesn't go to the edges, about 2.5" either side, so it feels like you lose approx 5" of width in total, which is actually quite a lot.
