Your mattress is warrantied against faulty workmanship or defective materials for up to 5 years from the date of purchase, depending on the level of warranty allocated to the product. All of our mattresses come with a 5-year warranty with the following exceptions:
2ft 6 Small Single / 3ft Single
Less than £100
4ft Small Double / 4ft 6 Double
Less than £130
Less than £150
Less than £200
If a product is found to have a defect/fault, then you will be entitled to a percentage off a similar priced product:
Examples of a mattress costing £100 which has developed a fault/defect:
Mattress is replaced free of charge
Customer pays £50 towards another mattress costing £100 (50% discount)
Customer pays £60 towards another mattress costing £100 (40% discount)
Customer pays £70 towards another mattress costing £100 (30% discount)
Customer pays £80 towards another mattress costing £100 (20% discount)
If the product you have purchased develops a fault and we cannot assess the damage from a photograph, then we may need to inspect the product. As the inspection is carried out with an independent company there is a charge of £30.00. We would require the customer to pay a deposit of £30.00 to arrange the inspection. If the product is found to be faulty, the inspection deposit would be refunded.
All of our bedframes and divan bases come with a 1-year guarantee unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Some products may have a different guarantee/warranty to the one listed above. This will always be specified on the product page.

If this event occurs within 1 year of purchase, the item will be repaired or replaced free of charge at the company’s discretion. Thereafter, up to and including the 5th year, a service charge percentage of the current retail price will be levied. If a mattress is replaced under warranty, then the new mattress will be delivered free of charge. It will be the responsibility of the customer to dispose of the old mattress. We reserve the right to refuse service should the complaint be due to causes other than a faulty manufacturer or defective materials - or should the product be in an unhygienic condition.
