Easy. User friendly and informative website. Good communication. Regular updates via email and text. Next day delivery. Driver called stating they are 30 minutes away. Text message had a link with a map so you could get live updates of delivery on that day. Friendly driver and delivered mattress with care. Mattress was packaged well. Overall experience 10/10. Mattress is comfortable and looks well made. Quality looks good.It states firm on the mattress label but online described as medium firm. But overall it feels more like medium. I waited 24 hours for the mattress to fully form on the bed base. The next night I had a good sleep and when awaking I didn't experience any neck, back or hip pains! I sleep on my sides and wake up either on my sides or back and didn't have any pains waking. The booklet gives advice that the mattress needs to be rotated every week for 6 months and then after this once a month. The smell of themattress is odd and strong and did give me a headache takes a few days to disappear. I have brought many a mattress in the past from other stores and non of them had a strong weird odour before! the mattress did feel wet but reading the booklet states that's normal and will go away but non of the other mattress I owned did this until the end of the mattresses life and that's when I knew its time to buy a new one. After a couple of days I woke up feeling super hot and the mattress sometimes feels wet. I never experienced this on a new mattress until the mattress gets old. Overall although I get sleep some nights and bonus without pains this mattress does have it's cons as i've have listed while writing this. I do feel the price is a bit expensive although it's the cheapest range. You get what you pay for however I have brought similar types of mattress in the past that were cheaper then this one and never had odd strong odour, wetness until the mattress was a few years old,and waking up feeling extremely hot. Comfort level 10/10. Size of mattress 10/10 actual mattress with it's unusual problems 0/10.Sorry for the negativity I don't usually write reviews like this. Maybe some customers who have purchased this product have had no problems at all. But for me this mattress is weird! maybe in a couple of month's time it may sort its self out. Thanks
