      What mattress firmness is right for front sleepers?

      Front sleepers should always opt for a medium-firm or firm mattress. This level of tension provides the necessary resistance to keep your abdomen lifted and your spine naturally aligned.

      We strongly advise against soft mattresses, as they allow your midsection to sink too far into the mattress surface. Similarly, you should avoid extra-firm mattresses, as they can be too rigid and won't allow your body to settle naturally. However, this can also depend on your weight, as if you're of a heavier build, you'll need a firmer mattress to absorb pressure.
