Exceeded expectations. Mattresses came vacuum packed in a box slightly larger than a vacuum cleaner. It expanded slowly out after we rolled out the mattress. Very firm as described on the website with about a 5cm soft cushion on top. Really impressed with the quality. Very sturdy. It does look durable, time will only tell. The mattress looks and feels as expensive as one at twice the price.
