To make things go as smoothly as possible if you do decide to return, make sure that you check your item(s) when they arrive before signing for delivery.

The Matress is very comfortable and firm enough. Before I purchased Simba, which was mid-firm, but it was overall too soft for me. So, I had to return it. All in all, the mattress is very good. I would be happy to purchase this for slightly less. But never mind, you pay for what you get.
