Sleep is personal, so we understand that sometimes you may want to return an item you’ve purchased from us for an exchange or refund.
To make things go as smoothly as possible if you do decide to return, make sure that you check your item(s) when they arrive before signing for delivery.

We are very pleased with this mattress and the company who provided it, Mattress Next Day. The only small criticism we have is the depth. It is much deeper than our previous Dunlopillo mattress and as we are not very tall its a bit of a struggle to get into bed. I did a great deal of research to try and find a thinner mattress and they were even deeper. So as we have always chosen Dunlopillo in the past I decided there just werent any thinner ones out there.

I have a back condition. I bought this mattress some years ago and loved it. I needed a new mattress and stupidly purchased a different, very expensive one and regretted it. It had to be turned often but was too heavy for me so I ended up sleeping in a dip.The millennium doesn't need turning. I've given my mattress away and purchased a new millennium and i'm very comfortable. You don't want to get up though!
