To make things go as smoothly as possible if you do decide to return, make sure that you check your item(s) when they arrive before signing for delivery.

The emma mattress is excellent - the perfect firmness, and the temperature is very cool. It is heavier than expected (but it is a super king) - but it also says it doesn't need turning, so hopefully this won't be an issue. Overall very happy with the purchase.
