Sleep is personal, so we understand that sometimes you may want to return an item you’ve purchased from us for an exchange or refund.
To make things go as smoothly as possible if you do decide to return, make sure that you check your item(s) when they arrive before signing for delivery.

Not sure what the waterproof layer is made of but its not too stiff or crinkly. The depth is plenty deep enough for most mattresses and the sides are very stretchy too. Stays put and you dont really notice its there. No issues with it making the bed too hot.
