It is traditionally crafted and good quality, a good platform to sleep well, medium firm but firmer than expected however has helped me have a good night sleep. I have not have pain during the night. My hisband has a cracked back sleeps on a hospital bed. He tried the new mattress and was pleasantly surprised how comfortable he felt.
