I was quite wary of buying a mattress online, as I would prefer to try it in a shop. However, their prices are beyond my reach. So, I was pleasantly surprised to find this mattress matched it's description given. It is exactly the firmness I wanted - medium to firm. I sleep on my side and do not find any hard spots or lack of support anywhere. Also, a feature of this mattress is it's silk and wool padding, which really does keep me cool in the night. Overall, I find it very comfortable and highly recommend it.

I weigh a mere seven stones and four pounds (47 kilos) and that might be the reason why I am finding it too firm. I will just have to hope that it will soften over time. I have put a 5cm thick mattress topper on it which is hardly doing anything to make it more comfortable. If you're lightweight like me, don't buy it. Very disappointed.
