Purchased this rest assured minerva 2000 pocket sprung due to my own mattress being to firm and started to casue back and shoulder pain (side sleeper). Personal rating: I rated this mattress 4* it is medium support and so far we have had full rested nights, it has a great finish quality material and it is rotate only. Due to the quality and pockets it is a 2 person job to lift/turn. Flaws: I would not recommend for elderly person's' or children due to the sides not being heavily supported this is the only downfall with this mattress. It would benefit from more steady edge support or you do feel like you would roll out. Delivery/company service: I give the company & delivery company 5* I was updated from day of order via text, telephone and emails. Very good communication with a time slot choice for delivery, the guys lifted the mattress to my room of choice.
