The 23.5cm-deep Silentnight Essentials 600 Mirapocket Mattress is a single-sided mattress, so there is no need to flip and turn. However, it is recommended that you rotate the mattress from ‘top-to-toe’ every few months to prolong its lifespan and to avoid any dips or bumps from forming. The design of the mattress ensures that any pressure points along the back, hips, and shoulders are eliminated, so that your spine stays in the neutral position no matter how you sleep.
