I ordered the simba hybrid pillow as a replacement for my well used and loved simba low profile pillow. The height and level of support the pillow provided was perfect and game me many years blissful sleep.Unfortunately, the simba hybrid pillow does not offer any where near the same level of support and comfort. I found it to be uncomfortable, the tiny nanocubes offer no support and feel lumpy.On further inspection, I was surprised and disappointed at how thin the internal layers of microfibre and cushioning were. Certainly not the quality depicted in the marketing images.I gave up after two bad nights sleep and waking with awful head and neck pain. If I could return I would!

The pillow itself is great as was the delivery of the pillow and the mattress from the delivery guys, however, I have rated low on this because of the marketing. The photo used for marketing for sale from the website clearly shows two pillows with qty 1, the way it's is advertised looks to say you buy two pillows for qty 1 pack! after the delivery, I contacted them about this to which they replied, sorry, it's only x1 pillow, the other (in the photo) is for illustrative purposes only??? but why?? why would you have a photo clearly showing x2 when only selling x1?? really naughty in my opinion, as it looks like they selling x1 pack of 2 as apposed to x1 pillow qty so very misleading
