The service from MattressNextDay was good. However, the mattress is not of the quality described on the website. I bought the European small single Spring King Tuscany 2000 to fit an Ikea bed with non-standard measurements. The mattress is more substantial than the Ikea ones but then it cost twice as much even on sale. The mattress seems very bouncy and I nearly fell off the edge a few days ago. I am not sure whether this problem will rectify with use ie they over stuff the middle of the mattress to compensate for wear. Or whether it is a design fault.
