Returns made simple
Sleep is personal, so we understand that sometimes you may want to return an item you’ve purchased from us for an exchange or refund.
To make things go as smoothly as possible if you do decide to return, make sure that you check your item(s) when they arrive before signing for delivery.
In the unlikely event of a problem, just give our friendly, award-winning Customer Service team a call, but do note that if you want to return your item to us, you will be responsible for arranging it and for the cost. For more information, head to our Returns page.
