Returns made simple
Sleep is personal, so we understand that sometimes you may want to return an item you’ve purchased from us for an exchange or refund.
To make things go as smoothly as possible if you do decide to return, make sure that you check your item(s) when they arrive before signing for delivery.

Couldnt get comfy on it, couldnt get a proper nights sleep because it was so firm and uncomfortable even though it was advertised at a medium to soft firmness which I sent back after the minimum required nights test, This one I got delivered next day after I bought it for just 229 with free delivery and Ive slept great every single night.
