Returns made simple
Sleep is personal, so we understand that sometimes you may want to return an item you’ve purchased from us for an exchange or refund.
To make things go as smoothly as possible if you do decide to return, make sure that you check your item(s) when they arrive before signing for delivery.

We chose a medium mattress as other reviews had said the mattress was quite firm. It is comfortable but as I always have hip problems I might look at getting a topper too. It was easy to put out once we had managed to get it out of the box! The depth was 1cm over the limit given for our bed but it was fine.
