Held off review until I had a few weeks usage, at first I wondered if the cool flex tech was a bit too efficient, after an urgent call to the loo I found the snuggling down to the warm spot was far less easy than my old mattress however I soon got used to it. Now that we've just endured a mini heat wave the value of the cool flex has really been obvious no more waking up covered in sweat. Only regret it's too thick

Very comfortable mattress. Arrived in a box so we were very dubious, had we known it would turn up in a box, we wouldn't have paid the 19 to have it placed in room. Once the mattress expanded we were very pleased with the comfort and quality. Also, it arrived the next day to a remote part of the uk.
