Hassle-free and convenient, you can choose a date and time that suits you if you prefer, and get us to deliver straight to your room of choice!

Returns made simple
Sleep is personal, so we understand that sometimes you may want to return an item you’ve purchased from us for an exchange or refund.
To make things go as smoothly as possible if you do decide to return, make sure that you check your item(s) when they arrive before signing for delivery.
In the unlikely event of a problem, just give our friendly, award-winning Customer Service team a call, but do note that if you want to return your item to us, you will be responsible for arranging it and for the cost. For more information, head to our Returns page.

This Matress is very comfortable and well made. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is the chilling element of it is not really felt.

Held off review until I had a few weeks usage, at first I wondered if the cool flex tech was a bit too efficient, after an urgent call to the loo I found the snuggling down to the warm spot was far less easy than my old mattress however I soon got used to it. Now that we've just endured a mini heat wave the value of the cool flex has really been obvious no more waking up covered in sweat. Only regret it's too thick

Beautiful mattress, it felt a little hard initially but after a few nights we adjusted well. I love that it is not your standard white which stains easily but is a lovely deep grey colour . We feel its very good value for money and would recommend this mattress.
