A great experience from start to finish! I purchased a Willis & Gambier bed from this company and was so happy with it I bought another bed from their wider range! I bought a Croxley Ottoman bed along with a Sleepsoul mattress and have to say I am delighted with both. Great quality & really comfortable!

I ordered the Croxley bed frame and I’m really pleased with it. It looks just like it did in the online photos, and I thought the price point was great. The only let down was that my delivery was delayed by a day, which I had no notification of. I only found out after phoning the customer services team, but the guy on the phone was helpful and contacted the driver, and then my delivery was rescheduled for first thing the next day. Overall a good experience so I’d happily buy from Birlea again!
