On time, polite, quick drop off and rang 30 mins before arrival which gave me enough time to prepare, mattress was good quality and matched the description online.

Kept me updated through each step of the delivery process with, from purchase of my new mattress to receiving a call half an hour before the arrival. I only ordered my mattress at around 4pm and received the next day before 12pm. Very impressed with the delivery and service.

Brilliant store that deals solely with beds and mattresses etc. Both members of staff we dealt with were very knowledgeable. Ordered on tuesday and delivered wednesday late morning. Took old bed and delivered everything to the bedroom. One of the sliders was damaged but replacement arranged for the next day. Prices were good too. Bought hypnos and it's great. Would highly recommend.
