Love the new mattress! we didnt realise how much we needed a new one until it arrived. It is so comfortable, beautiful quality with the wool and perfect for us side sleepers. We paid for timed next day delivery and it all went to plan. The only thing is that the delivery people could have been a bit more communicative- their timing was perfect but they come into your house into your room and it would have just been a bit more appropriate for them to have said a bit more and been more personable. Over all though we are so delighted with the mattress and ordering.
