First time i've shopped here. Was looking for a mattress topper because my new mattress was as hard as a brick! I was recommended to go to mattress next day by gemini (yes google ai) given the next day promise and price of the product. I was not disappointed and it arrived the next day via royal mail parcel force. It's been a few days now and my sleep has been a lot better and the product and service has been awesome. Easy to navigate website, easy payment and checkout and next day delivery promise kept. Perfect!
The ordering process was quick and easy, the delivery was on time and I was kept informed of my delivery process. So far the mattress has been fine for my bad back so no problems there its firm but not too hard.

2 mattresses delivered next day as promised, was given 2 hour time slot for delivery the night before [the day of order] and the delivery arrived within the time slot given. It was a 2 person delivery as I had 2 mattresses to remove, they were very polite. We did bring the 2 double mattresses down to the hallway to make it easier, but not sure if I needed to. Was a bit wary as I hadn't heard of this company, but they delivered within 2 days of ordering on the day specified. Time slot came through late evening for the next day, then a message in the morning to say running late but they did attend at the end of the original time slot (no call though from the driver's as stated).Mattress is great, again was a little sceptical as it came rolled but it's really comfy and I don't need a mattress topper like I did with my old mattress. A ‘deep’ mattress generally refers to any mattress with a depth of over 12 inches (30 cm), with an extra deep mattress usually being over 16 inches (40cm deep mattress). A deep mattress is perfect for couples or those with heavier builds. Generally, those over 15/16 stone will find a deeper mattress more comfortable as it can take more pressure before beginning to compress. The deeper a mattress, the more durable it tends to be, and it is the perfect mattress type for heavy people due to providing more support as you dip into the surface.
Similarly, pregnant people may prefer a thick mattress as they are known to provide more relief to sore joints and pressure points. That being said, mattress technology is now incredibly advanced, so you can find expert relief in any thickness of the mattress.
So long as you check the dimensions of your bed frame and mattress beforehand, you shouldn’t have any trouble fitting a thick mattress on any type of bed frame. The only thing you should consider, however, is how high the deep mattress will come up.
If you have a particularly low bed frame, you might benefit from an extra deep mattress as it will increase the height of the overall bed. However, be sure it doesn’t ruin the look of your bed by coming up too high on your headboard.
Depending on the type of stain or dirt you’re trying to remove, deeper mattresses shouldn't be any harder to clean than a regular depth mattress.
