Easy to select the mattress I wanted; it was delivered promptly and in good condition. Its a good quality product and I would use this company again.
They attempted to deliver a mattress that was to big to go up my stairs my mistake didn't account for the fact it wouldn't bend. They took it back then advised me on the best one to have. Within 24 hrs I had a diffrent one delivered and the delivery guys took it up stairs for me no extra charges . Customer service was great
Fair prices. Amazing delivery. Punctual, polite and efficient staff. Good quality products. Very comfortable bed
Fantastic overall experience from ordering to delivery im very impressed not a lot of firms like this anymore thankyou very much
Easy accessible website, easy to order and great communication. Delivery service was good and item as described. Very comfortable and affordable.
Easy to order, found what I was looking for quickly, email verifying my order, and further emails telling me about delivery, was sent email today stating time of delivery with a code, to give delivery driver only if I was satisfied with the service, appears to be very well organised and if delivery goes well tomorrow then I would say it is an excellent service. Delivery came on time, constant updates as to where you are in line for your delivery, I would certainly use again.
Next day delivery of new mattress as promised, swift & efficient service.Very comfortable, firmness level just right, went for medium firm rather than previous firm. Helping ease hip pain already after only a few days
Fantastic service, mattress is of good quality and delivery was very timely. Lovely deliverer man insisted on carrying the mattress to my entrance hall even when I said it was ok to leave at door . It was kindness.
Good communication and delivery arrived before the allotted time which was great . Excellent mattress I would highly recommend
I am so glad I bought this product. My mattress was well over 20 years old and causing me pain. The quiz for the perfect mattress is great. It was such good value for money and comfort I bought another for our spare room. We are due to move home and will need further mattresses for guests and grandchildren so I will definitely buy from this company again excellent value for money, quality and quick delivery and excellent customer service.

Yes, a divan base is one of the best options for foam and hybrid mattresses. Both need firm, even support across their full underside to keep the layers working properly, and a divan delivers that better than slats, where foam can dip slightly into the gaps over time.
Mostly, yes. The base arrives built, with only the castors or glides to fit and, on king and super king sizes, two halves to fasten together in the room. The mattress simply sits on top, so most people have the bed ready to sleep on within half an hour of delivery.
Double (4'6" x 6'3"), King (5' x 6'6") and Super King (6' x 6'6"). If you are moving up a size, remember to check the room has clearance for doors, drawers and walkways, not just the footprint of the bed itself.
Yes, full-length divan drawers hold roughly as much as a drawer in a standard chest, making them ideal for spare bedding, towels or out-of-season clothes. Just keep the weight sensible and spread items evenly so the drawers continue to run smoothly.
Order 7 days a week, and in-stock Mlily divan sets come with free next day delivery. Room of Choice service and old mattress removal can both be added at checkout, so delivery day takes care of the whole changeover.
