Almost as good as their title, I ordered on a sunday evening and could have opted for a delivery two days later but opted for the wednesday. They acknowledged my order and kept me in touch all the way along. By the way, their price was unbeatable and the blue light discount was much appreciated. The deliverers were also on point and landed within the two hour delivery window. My extras were delivered, the old mattress removed and the new silentnight one taken upstairs to the bedroom of choice.It hardly took them five minutes, so speedy.However, I think mattressnext day are missing out on going the extra mile for absolute customer satisfaction. When you pay extra for mattress removal and delivery to room of choice, they would get so much kudos and brand loyalty from the simple act of removing the plastic sheeting to exhibit the new mattress in all its glory! some customers a little older than us would struggle somewhat in doing it themselves. Just a thought.
