Mattress is as described on the website and the reviews. It is medium-firm and a bit bouncy. My back pain has greatly eased since using it. The delivery service was quick and efficient.

The order went in and could not believe it when they said the mattress would turn up on bank holiday monday and it did. And the 2 lads who delivered it were fantastic very chatty and professional would not go until it was in the house and put where we wanted it. Ps the mattress is lovely and comfortable as well.
