Amazingly comfortable! I did a lot of online research, was frustrated by contradictory reviews i.E. "it's too soft!" right next to "its too firm!". Silentnight rates it as "medium firm" which is exactly what it is. Perfect for me, now I struggle to get out of bed! it is well made, great quality and excellent value for money. Time will tell about long term quality but after a month's use I love this product. Mattressnextday was superb - order placed on thursday, delivery on saturday right to the bedroom and old mattress efficiently removed. Compared to big retailers who were 250 more expensive and had a lead-in time of 2+ weeks, this was a perfect experience.
