Cashmere Ortho 1000 Pocket British Wool Mattress

Poor experience misleading product and slow customer servicei bought a mattress recently and straight away noticed a bump in it. I sent photos as requested, and was told it would be passed to the supplier, but its now been over a week and I havent heard anything back and im using the new mattress as I have no other options.Also, I noticed the depth on the website said 28cm, but the plastic wrap said 23.5cm, which is a big difference. I sent a photo showing the measurement with a tape measure. The lady I spoke to on the phone said I measured it incorrectly and sent me new instructions, which I followed still no response after that.She also told me they couldnt do anything unless I sent a photo of the label on the wrap but id already thrown it away because their ai assistant only asked for a photo of the mattress itself. When I explained that, she said thats only ai, which really confused me. Am I supposed to follow the ai or not?overall, I feel misled by the product listing, and the customer service has been disappointing. Ive spent time chasing this with no real progress or support.The mattress itself feels ok after a week sleeping on it although I wouldnt say its firm. Also, if you sleep on it with someone, you can literally feel every movement which its not something I would expect from a pocket spring mattress.
