Sleep is personal, so we understand that sometimes you may want to return an item you’ve purchased from us for an exchange or refund.
To make things go as smoothly as possible if you do decide to return, make sure that you check your item(s) when they arrive before signing for delivery.

Amazing! broke my heart getting rid of a mattress that was less than 2 years old but it was so worth replacing it with this. The most comfortable nights sleep and we wake up feeling refreshed with no aches and pains- oh and its stopped my husbands snoring. We cant wait to go to bed now

Very pleased. I used to use premier inn regularly as a business hotel so bought hypnos from my experience then as the mattresses gave an amazing sleep. I bought a firm mattress after doing the online check and this was recommended as I now have to sleep on my back due to a shoulder injury. Very pleased with the service. I was kept up to date with the delivery time and although I was told at one point they were expecting a delay (of up to 3 hours) due to depot problems, my mattress arrived only 30 mins after the original expected time slot expired.
