This mattress has exceeded all my expectations by the fact that I couldn't try it before purchase but my first night I slept so well and didn't have any aches. It's so comfy and I didn't need to get used to it at all and i've had it for a week at the time of writing this review. I got the ortho type as I have reoccurring back issues and this mattress has not given me any problems at all in this area.
