Good range of mattress's, my choice was delivered promptly on my chosen day, I paid extra for old mattress removal and delivery to room of choice, all packaging was removed by the delivery guys also. Even paying for the extra's it was still cheaper than for the same mattress on other sites and to top it all it's very comfortable. Five star service

2nd order with this company. Everything was very straightforward and easy. I ordered sunday evening and received the mattress monday afternoon. Amazing. Very good instructions.

I was able to choose the delivery date

I was able to choose the delivery date to suit my schedule and was kept upto date with emails and text messages. From ordering to delivery was fast. The men who delivered the mattress were friendly and quick. The mattress itself is huge and well made. It feels like it's going to last a long time. It's comfortable. The only thing was I didn't expect it to be so heavy or I would have opted for the extra to have it delivered upstairs lol

The best thing was next day delivery and delivery around a certain time with the tracking and ringing to say that they would be there in 30 minutes approx so no need to wait all day

I loved that I found the perfect divan, headboard and mattress all from the same company and could arrange delivery to fit around us. The delivery team were great, very helpful and friendly. All round excellent service. Would definitely recommend.

We ordered the coolflex mattress and delivery was prompt and efficient with great communication along the way. The mattress is absolutely fantastic though makes getting out of bed in the morning harder.

Great company to order from,i was given a wide choice of dates and times that I wanted the delivery to happen,such a smooth delivery as well,kept informed and the driver called to say he would be with us soon both delivery guys were brilliant and delivered my mattress with care. My mattress is absolutely fantastic by the way.

Ruby Ortho Extra Firm at around

Ordered ruby ortho extra firm at around 5pm on friday 12/09/26 it arrived promptly next morning 13/06/26 after numerous informative emails and a phonecall from the delivery driver idris at 8am.. I had read the bad reviews and was very nervous that I had made a mistake ordering from this company.My delivery window was 09.30-11.30 so luckily I was up and ready for delivery. Couriers were polite and friendly, leaving the mattress exactly where I asked them to. Mattress was well wrapped in 2 layers of plastic, seems good quality, it's very firm!, does have slight indentation after a few days of sleeping on it but I am a heavyweight person, will be turning it at the weekend to ensure even usage. It's comfortable compared to my old ikea mattress, I have bilateral hip osteoarthritis so needed something supportive but comfortable.Overall a very good experience with this company and product thus far.

Found the perfect mattress at a great price. It's a better mattress than my previous dreams one. I could choose delivery date to best suit my schedule. I also paid for them to recycle my old mattress. The delivery guys were very efficient.
