Finding mattress way to firm, suffer with back and hip problems and although this matteress is lovely and high its way too firm and uncomfortable so after paying out over 700 and not being able to exchange it even though I tried on the same day and told I couldn't as had taken the plastic off it I am now stuck with a mattress I don't want to sleep on as hurts.
