Had my eye on this when all of a sudden it had 25% so ordered it and booked delivery for almost two weeks away. I also select a mattress recycle as it was 39 and cheaper than paying someone local to do it (it wouldn't fit in my car). The week before, the day before, and on the day I had reminders and then a 2 hour delivery window. When they were on their way they called to let me know. At delivery they dropped the new one off and collected the old one. Such an easy process

It is very comfortable, I have a bad back and bad knee's the one I had was to low and had a job standing up off it, this one is nice and deep and can get up very easily, I'm very happy with it, and would recommend it to anyone.
